Timetable …
Our life is ordered around a community timetable. It is not rigid, but gives structure to the day. The basic outline of our day is:
| 6.00am | Matins |
| Breakfast / Prayer | |
| 9:00am to 10:00am | Terce / the Eucharist (Times to be confirmed) |
| 10.15am | Work |
| 12.15pm | Sext (Mid-day Office) |
| Dinner / Washing up / Free time | |
| 2.20pm | Work/Recreation / Choir Practice / Gardening / Meetings |
| 3:00pm | Recollection Bell |
| 4.30pm | Quiet work / Prayer |
| 5.15pm | Vespers |
| Supper / Washing up | |
| Personal space / Jesus Prayer / Bible study | |
| 7.30pm | Compline |
We aim at a balance between the corporate and the solitary aspects of our life, and between liturgical and non-liturgical prayer. The Divine Office punctuates the day, and two periods of solitary prayer are provided for.

“Direct, control suggest this day all I design, or do, or say;
that all my powers, with all their might, in thy sole glory may unite.”
Thomas Ken, 1637-1711
